Results documents

Each results document contains passenger ratings of their journey for each individual Train Operating Company (TOC). Ratings are also provided for each sector - i.e. London and the South East, long distance and regional operators. Passengers' ratings are also summarised for across Great Britain.
The first results document produced by Passenger Focus was the Autumn 2005 wave, published in January 2006. To view the results documents please follow the links below:
