You are welcome to use the images from our image bank in your publication or website as long as you adhere to the following terms and conditions of use

  • images should not be altered, although they can be resized
  • images remain copyright Passenger Focus and newspics (our supplier) and they are used with our permission
  • images should not be used in a way which reflects negatively on Passenger Focus
  • images should not be used in a way which puts rail passengers collectively or the individual passengers shown in a negative light
  • images should not be used in a way which puts the train operators or service providers shown in a negative light
