Passenger Managers
Our dedicated team of bus passenger managers work at a regional and local level to help get a better deal for bus, coach and tram passengers.
They talk to stakeholders such as the Department for Transport (DfT), Passenger Transport Executives (PTEs) and local authorities, operators, and of course, passengers. The work they do involves:
- speaking to passengers on services or at stops and stations
- meeting with operators to push for improvements
- speaking to local and regional newspapers, radio and TV stations about issues in your area
- responding to consultations about changes to services to ensure that passengers' views are taken into account
- discussing services issues with local councillors and MPs.
