Take a look. We have refreshed our website with two aims in mind. Firstly, to make it more accessible and useful to passengers and others who need to find out about our work. Secondly, to keep it clear, clean and easy to use. Please have a look and tell us what you think – all the best sites are developed with help from users. We have already tried out the site on some passengers, but we’re very keen to find out what you think.
Next steps? We want to make our rail National Passenger Survey and our Bus Passenger Survey much more accessible and transparent. We will be developing plans for this soon with an aim to getting the Autumn 2012 surveys, which will be published in early 2013, more readable, more useful and more interesting.

You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find
this topic to be actually something which I think I would never understand.
It seems too complicated and very broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I’ll try to get the hang of it!
